Not just another calendar
An ordinary shared calendar lets you write down events. Google already does that. The problem for a couple is not the events: it is that the logistics live in five different places — the work calendar, the shopping note, the chat thread with the links for the trip, and whatever one of you remembers to tell the other.
InSync puts all of it on the same screen.

Rotating ones included: set the pattern once and the month fills itself in, with exceptions when you swap a shift.

Works with no signal
Everything is kept on the phone. When the network comes back, it catches up on its own.
What it does not do
No ads, your data is not sold, and it never asks for your location. If you attach a photo to a trip, the coordinates are stripped out before it is uploaded. What it collects and what it does not is written out in full in the privacy policy, with no small print.
